The Wurzels
Label: Loose Records and Music
Music genre: Folk/Comedy
Famed beyond the West Country through "Cider Drinker" and "Combine Harvester" the Wurzels were tempted to Cumbria to record "I want to be an Eddie Stobart driver".
The song, brainchild of Loose owner Andy Titcombe, was Loose Records first UK top 100 entry in the 90s and heralded the first return of the Wurzels to the chart for many years.
